Terms of service
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms apply when you use Decor (the "store"), run by Decor, and when you buy from it. By placing an order you agree to them.
What we sell
We sell Discord cosmetics (avatar decorations, profile effects, nameplates, profile frames and bundles), delivered as Discord gift links. You redeem a gift link in Discord to add the item to an account.
Decor is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc. "Discord" and the cosmetics' names and artwork belong to Discord Inc. Redeeming a gift link is subject to Discord's own terms and policies.
Previews on this site are built from Discord's own artwork to show you what an item looks like. Discord can change its items or its app at any time.
Accounts
You need an account to buy. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Never share your Discord password or token with anyone, including us: we will never ask for them.
You must be old enough to use Discord in your country to buy from us.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and checked on our server when you place an order. You pay in the cryptocurrency you choose at checkout.
Each invoice locks an amount for a limited time. Send the exact amount, on the network shown, before the invoice expires. Payments sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may be impossible to recover, and we can't reverse a blockchain transaction.
An order is paid once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. If a payment arrives after the invoice expired, or is short, contact us with your order link and we'll sort it out.
Delivery and redemption
After your payment is confirmed, we deliver a Discord gift link for each item on your private order page (and email you when they're ready, if you gave an email). Delivery is completed when the links appear on your order page.
Each gift link works once, for whoever opens it first. Keep your order link and gift links private, and only send a gift link to the person it's for. We can't replace a link that someone else redeemed after it was delivered.
If we can't deliver an item (for example, Discord stops selling it), we'll offer a refund or a replacement of equal value.
Refunds
Refunds follow our Refunds & delivery policy, which is part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use the store for anything unlawful, to pay with funds you aren't entitled to use, to get around Discord's rules, or to interfere with the store (automated scraping, attacks, or abusing promotions). We may refuse or cancel orders and suspend accounts that do.
Liability
The store is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Decor isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the store is operated.
