Do I need to log in with Discord?
No. You check out with a free Decor account: just an email and a password. Your orders, favorites and saved looks stay in it. We never ask for your Discord login, ID, password or token, and you should never share those with anyone. Every item arrives as a gift link that you redeem in Discord yourself.
Can I buy cosmetics for a friend?
Yes. Every item arrives as a Discord gift link, so send the link to whoever it's for. Use “Preview on someone else” on an item to see it on their profile first.
How do gift links work?
After payment, your order page shows a Discord gift link for each item (we also email you when they're ready, if email is set up). Open a link to redeem it on your Discord account, or send it to a friend. Each link works once, for whoever opens it first, so only share it with the person it's for.
Which coins can I pay with?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20), Litecoin and Solana. Send the exact amount on the network shown, because payments sent on the wrong network can't be recovered.
What if my payment is late or short?
Invoices lock the rate for a limited time. If the invoice expires or is underpaid, your order page will say so. Contact us with your order link and we'll sort it out.
Are the previews exact?
Yes, you can rely on them. Every preview is built from Discord's own files, not mock-ups: decorations, nameplates and frames use the exact artwork Discord uses, and profile effects play Discord's real animation layers with the same timing, loops and random variations. We put them on a profile recreated to match Discord's popout, full profile, member list and chat as closely as we can, so what you see here is what your friends will see. If Discord changes its layout, we update ours to match.
Where does the catalog come from?
It mirrors everything currently listed in Discord's shop, with Discord's own collections, artwork and prices. Items priced in Orbs on Discord are listed at their USD equivalent.
